About CSF The California Scholarship Federation (CSF) emphasizes high standards of scholarship, and community service for California high school students. Founded in 1921, the California Scholarship Federation is the oldest scholastic, scholarship institution in the state of California. Click on Statewide CSF Website on the left to learn more. Although CSF has been around TPHS for many years, the club has (in recent years) taken a turn towards community service. The main goal of the club is to focus on community involvement. Our club centers on cooperation with other clubs, ASB, and sports at TPHS. With that in mind, we hope to create a better environment on campus through student interaction. |
